Thank you for your support of the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham 2019 Gala Raffle! Raffle tickets are $100 each, and all proceeds support our efforts to provide world-class care in your backyard. The raffle drawing will be held on October 26, 2019 at the BID–Needham Gala. The first name drawn will select one of the three prizes described below. The second name drawn will receive a $1,000 American Express Gift Card. You do not need to be present to win.

Raffle Terms & Conditions:
All tickets and payment must be received prior to the gala to be entered in the raffle. Ticket sales will occur online and in-person through Friday, October 25, 2019 at 12:00 pm, and in-person during the cocktail hour at the gala. To purchase a raffle ticket online, you must be in the state of Massachusetts and at least eighteen (18) years of age. The value of the prize will be ordinary income to the winner for federal and state income tax purposes. All ticket purchasers must provide payment via check or credit card, along with the following information: name, address, phone number, email, ticket purchase date, and choice of first place prize.
